At Amazon, innovation and customer focus knows no bias. In fact, some of the most innovative and sizable business teams here are led by women. For Women's Day this year, Amazon has launched #SheIsAmazon - a campaign to celebrate women across Amazon Singapore who are revolutionizing the role they play in helping Amazon remain Earth’s most customer-focused company. Aligning with the theme of Embracing Equity for 2023, the campaign aims to share their creativity, leadership skills, and showcase their potential to motivate others to strive for greater success.
Meet six Amazon women leaders and innovators from Singapore who lead by example, inspire others, and help maintain a workplace that is more inclusive and equitable. Read what they have to say about embracing equity at workplace.
