Amazon SG Employees give their children a Behind the Scenes Look For The Holidays

Recently, a number of Amazon employees in Singapore were able to give their children an exclusive behind-the-scenes peek into the magic that happens at the fulfillment center (FC) ahead of Christmas.

A heart-warming video captures the children’s excitement and amazement during their visit to the Amazon Singapore’s fulfillment center to see how their parents “help Santa” at his busiest time of the year.

The children, aged between 5 and 13-years-old, described their visit to the site and what their parent’s job involves.

“I’m really proud of my mother for helping Amazon and Santa for Christmas,” said Gabby, 9 years old, whose mother Jocelyn Camento is a packer at Amazon Singapore’s Fulfilment Center. Gabby added “I tried to pack items just like my mother. There are so many things to pack before it is sent out for wrapping by Santa for Christmas!”

Nurul Yusoff, Human Resources Assistant at Amazon Singapore’s FC, “I was so happy to be able to give my sons the opportunity to come to Amazon’s Fulfilment Center and see what it is like with their own eyes. They were fascinated with the full process of how it all works within the fulfillment center.”

Vasantharaj Bharathi, Head of Amazon Singapore Operations: “We were delighted to be able to give the children a peek behind the scenes of our fulfillment center at this very special time of the year. I’m really proud of the whole operations team and how we are able to help all our customers, including Santa of course, during this busy period.”
